One-on-One Coaching

Changing the way you eat is not about perfection—
it’s about progress.

One plant-based meal at a time.

You keep coming back to the idea of a plant-based diet, but when it comes to actually starting to make some changes, you can’t quite seem to make it happen.

  • You’re thinking about it, but you keep going back and forth between “This feels like something I should try,” and “I don’t even know where or how to start.”

  • You’re curious about what plant-based could look like for you, but you’re also hesitant because you’re not sure if it’s something you could actually stick with.

  • You’re interested, but also low-key resisting because “eating healthy” hasn’t exactly gone well for you in the past.

  • You’re open to the idea of making some plant-based changes, but also… actually committing to it feels waayyy out of your comfort zone.

  • You’re not sure why changing how you eat has been so hard for you, but you’re tired of trying and “failing”... and then beating yourself up about it.

I get it. I've been there.

And it doesn't have to feel that way.

Just imagine...

  • Opening the fridge and immediately knowing what’s for dinner—because past you already figured out some plant-based options that work, even with everything you have going on.

  • Looking at your schedule and knowing how to double down with plants when you want to be more intentional but also cutting yourself some slack when your week blows up—without giving up or starting over.

  • Letting a random day of takeout happen without making it mean anything about your discipline, identity, or commitment to eating more plants.

  • Heading out to dinner or on vacation without stressing out about what you’ll eat—because you know what your version of “plant-based enough” looks like in the wild.

  • Noticing that you actually feel better when you eat more plant-based: more energy, better sleep, fewer aches and pains, maybe even losing that stubborn weight that doesn’t seem to want to budge.

  • Feeling confident about your plant-based choices, and knowing how to answer questions about the way you eat without getting defensive or sounding like you’re giving a nutrition lecture.

  • Realizing eating more plants is just something you do… not something you’re always thinking about.

It doesn't have to be perfect.

It just has to be yours.

This 12-week coaching program is based on my REAL Approach to plant-based eating. These four simple yet powerful pillars are the foundation of everything we do.

R

Real life first

Most plant-based plans fall apart because they’re built for a version of life that doesn’t exist. Real life first means we don’t pretend you’re suddenly going to have more time, energy, or patience than you actually do. We create something that works no matter what—even on the nights you’d rather walk across a floor covered in Legos than think about what's for dinner.

E

Enough beats perfect

Plant-based eating usually starts to feel hard when it feels like you have to get it “right” all the time for it to be worth it. Enough beats perfect anticipates chaos, and it means there’s room for flexibility without feeling like you failed or turning this into something you have to think about 24/7. We get clear on what matters most and what “enough” realistically looks like for you.

A

Adjust and move on

Life is always going to be a rollercoaster, but that doesn’t have to mean having to start over when something goes off plan. Adjust and move on means we take life as it’s happening, make tweaks as needed, one day (or sometimes one meal!) at a time, and keep going from there. We look at setbacks as data to learn from next time and not mistakes to beat yourself up about.

L

Less to think about

Food can take up a lot of space in your head, especially when you’re trying to make changes. Less to think about means simplifying things so eating more plants feels more automatic. We create systems that work, make sure you have simple options to always fall back on, and over time, food becomes something that fits into your day and not something that adds to your mental load.

Hi I'm Meghan

Hi, I’m Meghan.

Making changes to something you’ve been doing three times a day for your entire life is no joke. It can feel super scary at first—and if you didn’t have a million questions and a boat load of self-doubt, I’d wonder if you were even human.

There’s a lot of information out there about plant-based eating and how to make “healthy” changes, but information alone doesn’t help you figure out how to do it in a way that makes sense for you.

That’s where I come in.

Just think of me as your plant-based bestie, helping you figure out what plant-based eating could realistically look like in your day-to-day life

I'll be your personal guide and biggest cheerleader,
helping you find the plant-based path that is right for you.

It's never too late to make some plant-based changes.

This program is right for you if...

You like the idea of eating more plants but can't imagine eating salads every day.

You have a fridge full of fruits and veggies but still find yourself elbow deep in a bag of chips.

You're afraid that moving towards a more plant-forward diet means giving up all the things you love.

You've tried of all the crazy fad diets and are ready for a sustainable approach to healthy eating.

You want to enjoy what you're eating without worrying about tracking macros and counting calories.

You are starting to know more and more people struggling with their health as they age and you're wondering if that will soon be you.

This program is NOT right for you if...

You're looking for a quick fix or a magic pill rather than a plan for actionable, sustainable change.

You like the idea of eating more plants, but when it comes right down to it, you don't really want to change the way you eat.

You aren't willing to get a little out of your comfort zone, put in the work and try some new things.

You want someone to give you a specific, step-by-step plan for exactly what to eat and when to eat it.

You have health concerns that require a medical diagnosis or medical nutrition therapy.*
